There are just a few things you need to know about using our Product Calculator:
- You must enter details of ALL of your dogs, regardless of whether they are currently sick or healthy. This is because the Parvo virus is incredibly aggressive, and we often find that dogs who are healthy and showing no symptoms at the time customers place their order become sick by the time the order is delivered. If you don't order enough products for all of your dogs (and it doesn't matter whether they are are puppies or adults, or vaccinated or not - all dogs are now at risk of this devastating virus), then you may not have enough, and that could cost your dogs their lives.
- We need to know how much each dog weighs (within the weight bands listed below), as the dosage is based on the dog's weight. If you are unsure, it is better to err on the side of caution, otherwise you may not have enough products to complete the full course of treatment.
- To give us a better feel for how severe the situation is, we need to know, for any sick dogs, when you first saw any signs that they were sick, and whether you have seen any blood in their diarrhea yet.

There are only four steps you need to take, but you do need to start now:
- Use our unique Product Calculator to quickly order exactly which products you need.
- Administer all of the home remedies (including the Parvo Emergency Tea) contained in our comprehensive Emergency Action Plan that we will email to you shortly after we receive your order, as soon as you see it (i.e. make sure you check your email for this vital information).
- Administer your products to your dogs as soon as they arrive.
- Keep in touch with us to let us know how your doggies are faring, every four hours from when you begin administering the emergency home remedies.
Shipping Information
The US Postal Service is too unreliable and slow, as some of our customers found out the hard way when they tried to save a few dollars instead of their dog's life. The USPS deliver on time only 74.58% of the time, which is unacceptable when your dog's life is as stake.
That's why, when your dog is sick, we only use FedEx Priority Overnight, for US orders, and FedEx International Priority, for orders outside the US. We will not compromise on this.
Our deadline for same-day shipping is 3:00pm MST (GMT - 7), Monday through Friday. (We cannot ship on weekends and Federal holidays, which is one excellent reason to have these products on hand at all times - Parvo strikes when it wants, not when it's convenient to you.)

Additional Product Calculator Usage Notes:
- we have grouped the information into weight bands, to minimise the amount of information you would need to enter if you have a lot of dogs
- if any of your dogs are close to the boundary between the weights shown below (e.g. you have a dog that weighs around 20 - 21 lbs.), then please enter its details in the next higher weight band (i.e. 21 - 100 lbs., in this example), as entering too low a weight may result in your not having enough products otherwise
- by "pups", we mean that dogs that are up to 1 year old; we know this may not be the accepted definition of puppies, but for the purpose of determining how much of our products you would need, this is the best value to use
- by "sick", we mean that a dog has either been tested for Canine Parvovirus and the results were positive, or a dog is showing any of the typical Parvo symptoms, such as yellow, frothy vomit or bloody diarrhea
- when entering the number of days that dogs have been sick, it may be that you have dogs (in the same weight band) that have been sick for a different number of days (e.g. one may have been sick for one day, while others may have been sick for two days), so please select the highest number, to be on the safe side; also, please round up to the next nearest day (e.g. if your dog started showing symptoms today, then you should select 1 day from the list)
- we only ask for the number of pregnant dogs so that we can estimate for the number of puppies that will need preventative treatment once they are born; the pregnant dogs themselves should already be included in the number of healthy adult dogs and/or the number of sick adult dogs
- if any information is not relevant in your case, then you can leave the boxes empty / blank
